Bonjour, we offer a fully equipped accommodation in the center of Dijon
well located and all amenities nearby
It's a pleasant flat, very well kept and secure,

The apartment is close to all amenities, less than 10 minutes walk from station, 15 minutes walk from Burgundy School, and 17 minutes from the University of Burgundy.

That flat is suitable pour two persons ( students) flat sharing.

It's consists in : 2 bedrooms ( with private bath), a kitchen equipped.

The first one ( on the picture) is equipped with a large bed, a dressing, cupboard, desk, and a private sink and shower. Rent per month : 398 euros Charges 30 euros
All our future tenants will be taken care of on their arrival to drive them to the apartment. (it will be necessary to inform me in advance the date and time of arrival).

The second one is equipped with a single bed, a dressing, a desk, coach, and a personal shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped : table, chairs, cupboard, fridge , washing machine, electrical stove.

Rent : Monthly 380 euros - 30 Euros charges

CONDITIONS :
- student lease for 9 months
- a liability insurance mandatory
- Deposit : 1 month rent
