The apartment is located only 5 minutes by foot from the Nice Ipag scool. It is in the very quiet and residential area of the hill of Cimiez.
Not ground floor but in between the garage floor, on top of the garages and under the first floor. There are two windows, one in the bath room and one facing south and with around 10 meters roof of the garage in front of it. Behind the garage are trees. The windows are from the outside not accessible.
The garage roof can not be used as an exterior terrasse.
The studio is new because two maiden-rooms were united and the bathroom with toilet was installed. Also the kitchen. The apartment will be furnished with at least: one sleeping coach with a real mattress, one cupboard for clothes, one little table with two chairs and one desk for writing.
The kitchen has two cooking plates, one refrigerater, a sink with a cupboard underneath and two hanging cupboards.
There is a central heating and a electric heater for the bathroom. The rent is without charges 400€ per month and we ask 65€ as a advanced pay for fees (cleaning of the house, garbage, local taxes, house administrative fees,water,heating and electricity).
