Spread your picnic blanket and bask yourself in the sun across the street at the wonderfully green Coulée Verte or experience the lively street of Avenue Jean Medecin with an array of wonderful shops, restaurants, and endless entertainment.

Unwind in your own thought in a peaceful and airy space highlighted by a view to the exposed ancient stone of Place Saint-François church internal courtyard.

Getting around
The Studio is less than 10 minutes’ walk from the beach. Place Garibaldi square with it’s cozy cafes and bistros is just around the corner. Main Square Place Massena is about 10 minutes away. Tramway and bus stop from and to Airport is just 2 minutes away. Nice train station is 20 minutes away on foot or 5 minutes by tramway. Parking is possible in the underground parking “Promenade des Arts” few minutes away next to Place Garibaldi square.
