Large and bright private fully furnished room 22m2/240 sqft, at the top of a 3 floors house with huge garden in Meudon, a very charming, very safe and quiet part of south west Paris and just a few steps from station N line, which brings you in 10 min to the center of Paris Montparnasse, or on the other way one station (1mn)to go to Bellevue, train station near Strate College, or further to Versailles.
With a beautiful panoramic vue, the room is furnished with everything you may need: a comfortable bed 140cm× 185cm(better for a woman!), big antique wood desk, chair, armchair, wardrobe,...
Sheets, quilt cover, bath towels provided.
The room is available for a single person, vegetarian and non smoking will be strongly preferred.
Transports:
- 10 min from Strate College by bicycle(there is one on site you may borrow )
- 1 station away from Bellevue (1 minute by train, Strate train station)
- 50 m from N line, 10 min to "Paris Montparnasse" train station, about the same on the other way to Versailles.
- Noctilien buses stops at 3 min walk.
- few min walk to RER C, Meudon Val Fleury, 12 min to the "Eiffel Tour".
- few min walk to "Meudon sur Seine", T2, 15 min to "La Défense", or to porte de Versailles on the other way.
- Free parking for cars in the street.
Internet/TV/ wifi (Freebox fiber), washing machine, 2 bathrooms just renovated, and kitchen, washing machine and large garden are shared with me.
Rent: 500 eur monthly and 130eur including all utilities (central heating, electricity, gaz, hot and cold water,fast wifi, tv, calling to more than 100 countries on landlines, all charges/local taxes, ...)
A cat lives in the house .
The Observatory with a beautiful panoramic view, is just up the hill, in a large park to walk/run in, as well as a huge forest with several ponds.
You will find grocery, snack, pharmacy up the station, and several restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores, at walking...
