It consists of a main room, kitchen, bathroom and a 3m² balcony.
The studio is located on the second floor, with elevator, in a beautiful residence, with a swimming pool, a tennis court and a dozen private parking spaces. Everything is just a few minutes’ walk from the sandy beaches of Juan les Pins, the shops, bars and restaurants of the seaside resort.
The rental is spread over one school year, from September to June. All charges are included (rental charges, garbage tax, water, internet) except electricity. Guarantor compulsory for students.
